Thank you for choosing me as your hairstylist💕 POLICIES Location: I am Located at Phenix Salon Suites, Newburgh NY 39 N Plank Rd Unit 12, Newburgh NY, 12550 Payment: When booking you will be charged a $20 Non-Refundable deposit. When paying at the end of your appointment I take Zelle & Cash only. Lateness: If you are running late please communicate, I am very understanding that things happen. I have a 15 minute grace period. With no communication after 15 minutes you will be charged a $10 late fee. Cancellation Policy: I would love a 48 hour heads up if you want to cancel or reschedule. I understand things may happen. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment I will charge 50% of the service off your card & If you are a no show you will be charged 100%. Refund Policy: We have a NO refund policy. We can accommodate if you are unhappy with your hair. After your hair is complete you will have a 24 hour window to reach out to us to fix the problem at our earliest convenience. Squeeze in: I do squeeze ins! It is an extra $45 for After hours Or Before hours. On off days the squeeze in fee is $50. Hair is Provided in ALL styles except for Quick Weaves. For all Bohemian Styles synthetic hair is included. If you would like Human hair *Strongly recommended* You may provide your own. For some recommendations I am always free to help you. With bohemian styles if you would like extra curls please select the add on. I only use 1 bundle of synthetic hair for regular bohemian styles. For 2-3 bundles please select Extra Curls. For styles that do not include boho it’ll be an extra +$15 for boho. Colors : 1B, 1, 2, 4, 613, 27, and 30 are provided. Please Select your color in the Category “Color” When booking. Hair Prep: When booking if you do not select the wash & blow add on, please come fully washed & blown with no product & Fully detangled. Please make sure your hair is at least 4 inches ALL around. Cancellation Policy
If you cancel 24 hours before your appointment you will be charged 15% of your total with your card on file. If you are a No show it’ll be 50% off your card. By booking you are agreeing to this policy✨
